The Hot Seat Workout© is a series of drills designed to improve directional control of three shots hits at the non-volley line (NVL): dinks, volleys, and blocks. Hitting these shots with control, consistency, and confidence is essential for moving up to the next level of skill. The Hot Seat Workout© is best utilized with four players.
